If you installed Shockwave Player, but the movies at the Macromedia Download Center page do not work, check the following:

| 3 | If you are running a 16-bit version of your browser with Windows 95, you will receive an error stating 'Could not load plug-in'. This is common with subscribers of earlier versions of America Online and Compuserve.
