Get used to the sound of those words. When it works, the app is pretty good. You can choose from a long list of plans and manage your account easily.
The catch is that the vast majority of the time the app simply doesn't work. About 90% of the time you just get an error message saying 'This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.' But it's not temporarily unavailable, it's persistently unavailable! It doesn’t seem to make a difference when they roll out updates, it’s a consistently poorly built app. I only give it a second star because the idea is good. But a good idea doesn’t count for much unless you can actually make it work.
Congratulations Digicel, your app is the worst and most reliably unreliable app on my phone.

The Bad Outweigh the Good

So I was against downloading this app but eventually I changed my mind and did. At first I didn’t regret it, the app was a great idea, could have been more used friendly but they made a few improvements & it got better. Now I’m not sure what’s happening but it’s starting to say “this feature is temporarily unavailable. We are actively working on fixing it.” Well it seems they are not working actively enough because it has been saying that a little too often & for way too long now. I am highly disappointed.
I say download at your own risk because when it works it’s good, it’s like they draw you in with something shiny & it works but when you get used to it, it just stops working.
All that glitters is not gold.

New features needed

App works perfect for me and it is very user friendly. However, I would like to see you bring an option to check bonus credit and for you to add a feature where a user would be able to send data the same way it have the feature to send credit from your account. Another welcome feature would be for a user to be able to send a data or talk plan to love ones the same way you can send a top up etc. bring these feature and this app would be a breeze. And for the folks who are complaining about getting the ‘No Available Balance’ when you launch the app just sign out then sign back in and that should solve that issue
