Windows 10 was developed by keeping mobile, tablet and desktop platform in mind, and could be used on all of these. Good-Old View:-Desktop made a comeback with Windows 10 including the “Start” icon. The strength of cloud computing and connectivity is clearly seen as it enables the user to connect iPhone and Android smartphones to Windows 10 PC. Sep 10, 2019 Microsoft released quality improvements to the servicing stack for all Windows 10 versions, the component designed to allow users to receive and install Windows updates. Windows 10 IoT Enterprise; Windows 10 S (now an operational mode within Enterprise and Education) See Windows 10 editions and Windows 10 version history. (May 2019 Update) All editions except LTSB/LTSC: March updates serviced for 18 months from release date; September updates serviced for 18 months from release date (30 months for. Internet of Things. There's even a special version of Windows 10 for devices like the Raspberry Pi 2, robotics kits, and Arduino that features a more lightweight core and a reduced price tag, though we don't currently know how much cheaper it will be than the base version of Windows 10. Windows 10, version 1903 (the May 2019 Update) is designated ready for broad deployment for all users via Windows Update. As devices running the Home, Pro, and Pro for Workstation editions of Windows 10, version 1803 (the April 2018 Update) will reach end of service on November 12, 2019, we are broadly updating these devices, as well as those running earlier versions of Windows 10 that are.
On July 2, Microsoft posted for the first time a comparison chart which shows how its various Windows 10 for PC editions stack up.
There are not many surprises for those of us who've been following every Windows 10 twist and turn.
The Home, Pro, Enterprise and Education editions all will get the same set of core features, including customizable Start Menus; InstantGo and Hiberboot support for fast startup; TPM support; integrated Cortana assistant technology; Windows Hello security technologies; Continuum switching from PCs to tablets; and the new Microsoft Edge browser.

According to the footnotes, a number of features are dependent on specific processors, hardware and firmware. Enterprise Data Protection won't be available for the Pro, Enterprise and Education editions until 'some time later,' the footnotes say.

Microsoft also confirms in these charts that the only version of Windows 10 that will be able to delay for years the arrival of new features (but not security updates) will be Enterprise. Windows 10 Enterprise users will get the Long Term Servicing Branch option, while other users will not.

Audio in games is quiet or different than expected Microsoft has received reports that audio in certain games is quieter or different than expected. At the request of some of our audio partners, we implemented a compatibility change that enabled certain games to query support and render multi-channel audio. Due to customer feedback, we are reverting this change as some games and some devices are not rendering multi-channel audio as expected. Safeguard on certain devices with some Intel and Broadcom Wi-Fi adapters Microsoft and NEC have found incompatibility issues with Intel Centrino 6205/6235 and Broadcom 802.11ac Wi-Fi cards when running Windows 10, version 1903 on specific models of NEC devices. If these devices are updated to Windows 10, version 1903, they will no longer be able to use any Wi-Fi connections. The Wi-Fi driver may have a yellow exclamation point in device manager. The task tray icon for networking may show the icon for no internet and Network & Internet settings may not show any Wi-Fi networks. Screenshots and Snips have an unnatural orange tint When creating screenshots or using similar tools (such as Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch), the resulting images may have an unnatural orange tint. This issue is caused by the Eye Care mode feature of Lenovo Vantage. This issue started on or around September 5, 2019. Affected platforms:
